Our Privacy Policy outlines how Cloud Ten Recruitment Ltd may collect, store, process and disclose your Personal Information and what choices you have about your Personal data. As a Controller, Cloud Ten is responsible for the Personal Information you have provided.

Registering your Personal Information on this Website:

You may decide to contact Cloud Ten via this website. Our contact form asks for your name and contact details. There is no facility to attach an external document. Your decision to provide your Personal Data is voluntary and as such you have given consent for Cloud Ten to use this information to contact you; provide you with more information about career opportunities or provide additional services to you. This information is not used to marketing purposes or provided to any other third party at any time.

Registering as a candidate to find career opportunities:

Cloud Ten will collect Personal Information provided directly by you and from other sources when you request help in finding a new job or apply for one of our live jobs . Live jobs will either have been advertised on PR Week, Twitter, Linkedin or on Cloud Ten’s website. When you apply for a job opportunity or ask us to assist you in finding a new job, we will ask you Register with Cloud Ten as a candidate. During this registration process Cloud Ten may directly collect a selection of the following information from you:

- Your identity: Name, address, contact details. Information such as gender, marital status and sexual orientation are not requested or stored as explicit information but may be provided voluntarily by yourself.
- Your CV.
- Evidence of right to work in the UK. This will be a valid passport in accordance with Home Office requirements. A digital photograph will be taken of the page with your photo.
- Job search criteria: what opportunities you seek and what your expectations are
- Remuneration and benefits both current and expected.

How is your Personal Information used?

Cloud Ten only uses your Personal Information for the purposes for which it was collected. If Cloud Ten needs to use your Personal Information for an unrelated purpose we will notify you and explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.

Keeping your Personal Information secure:

Appropriate measures have been put in place to ensure the information you voluntarily provided Cloud Ten with is safe and will prevent it from being accidentally lost, used to accessed in an unauthorised way.

Retaining your Personal Information:

Cloud Ten will retain your Personal Information or as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Cloud Ten is required by law to keep certain Personal Information pertaining to our candidates for up to seven years after it was collected for legal compliance and tax purposes.

You can request that your Personal Information is removed / deleted where Cloud Ten does not have a valid reason for retaining it. However, Cloud Ten has the right to refuse isf said information is needed for legal or accounting purposes.

Safeguarding Children’s Personal Information:

This website is not intended for children and is clear in its intention to provide industry information about career opportunities to professionals in the communications industries.
